Tony’s Tricks

I recently went to visit my sister, niece, and nephews and while I was there, we went to a skate park while my oldest nephew was riding BMX (following in his uncle’s foot steps).  So I grabbed my camera and took some cool pictures for him to show off to his homies just how cool he is. Enjoy!!

Jen & Nate Engagement session in Waltham, MA

What can I say, Jen and Nate were naturals! They are a great couple and I had a ton of fun shooting their Engagement Session! The two of them had a lot of fun in front of the camera together and alone and they have these wonderful images to show for it. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as me!

Portrait Week!

When life gives you a “That’s So 70’s” teal colored back drop, what do you do? Make the best of it of course and make awesome images! This week we had portrait class which is a subject that is certainly no stranger to me. Therefore I decided to do the requirements, and then play and have fun with it. Adding a little touch of Jay Lublang Photography to the assignments gave me some awesome, high energy pictures. Having fun and playful models defiantly added to the energy in the air to make some pictures that are just a little hard to not laugh at while looking through them. Enjoy, and more to come soon! Sandbox Sessions – Human Spin Art

A few weeks ago my class had a creative collaboration with graphic designers. We had to take pictures that would fit into a lay out they had drafted.  A few class mates and myself had enjoyed it so much we had decided to continue working with them outside of class. For our first meeting we has decided to do some human spin art! (an idea from one of the graphic designers) We also shot rather flattering images for an about me page on blog we set up to display our work.  The finished images of the spin art were handled by the graphic designers but enjoy the behind the scenes images and portraits of some pretty cool creatives. Be sure to check out http://thesandboxsessions.wordpress.com/ featuring tons of my images plus the final spin art image.

Still life, sometimes not so still

The past two weeks we have been shooting a lot of still life in the studio. Sometimes it wasn’t so still though because we were splashing away will colored liquids and all kinds of fruit. We also go the chance to work with the graphic design students to help shoot images they needed for a project they are working on. We met a lot of really cool people and go some fantastic shots out of it! Enjoy!
